In application of the law of 11 March 1957 (art. 41) and the intellectual property code of 1 July 1992, any partial or total reproduction for collective use, by any process whatsoever, is strictly forbidden without authorisation from the Cité Saint-Pierre.

The Municipal Tourist Office only authorises you to view its content for personal and private use, to the exclusion of any public viewing or distribution.

Authorisation to reproduce is granted only in digital form, enabling you to view it on your computer using your Internet browser.

Hard copy printing is authorised for the purposes of private copying for the exclusive use of the copier within the meaning of article L. 122-5 2° of the French Intellectual Property Code.

However, the information available under the heading “All our events” is provided for information purposes only. It does not have any particular legal value and Cité Saint-Pierre cannot be held responsible for it under any circumstances.

Furthermore, the Cité Saint-Pierre cannot be held responsible for incorrect information, such as accommodation rates, when this information concerns a service provider who has failed to inform the Tourist Office of any changes.
