WHY GET INVOLVED AT CITÉ SAINT-PIERRE?

At Cité Saint-Pierre, you can volunteer to help pilgrims in Lourdes and take part in a meaningful and fraternal mission.

At the service From the smallest

Every mission is a concrete way of reaching out to those who need it most.

Each gesture becomes an act that restores dignity and comfort.

Serving is a human and spiritual adventure. It means opening up to others, allowing yourself to be touched by the encounters you have with them, and leaving transformed, filled with a sense of brotherhood that will radiate beyond the walls of Saint Peter’s.

"It was because I was the poorest and most ignorant that the Virgin chose me".

Fraternal life in the service of the disadvantaged

 Welcoming and serving

Coming from all walks of life, the volunteers form a real community, united by the same commitment: to welcome and serve.

Each day is balanced between service, sharing and prayer.

The Outreach department gives rhythm to this community life by strengthening the group spirit and fostering the joy of serving together.
Festive events are regularly organised to bring volunteers and pilgrims together.

 A place for spiritual renewal

Every day, a mass is celebrated, offering a time of meditation.

The presence of a chaplain and a community of sisters provides invaluable support in deepening one’s faith and giving meaning to one’s service.
